HCC offers Housing Placement Assistance, in 1 and 2-bedroom family units, for eligible persons living with HIV/AIDS. Some clients also receive home health aide services as well as visiting nurse services. Apartments are provided well-furnished upon admission. Client pays 30% programmatic rent fees if they work on receiving SSI's, otherwise the programmatic fees are waived if clients do not receive any income. Services within our housing program include: case management, recreational counseling, tutoring, nutrition education, mental health services, psychiatric evaluation and visits, substance abuse counseling, supportive groups, and nursing.


Since 1996, HCC has provided over 12,000 Supportive Housing

for individuals and families.
