Order Payment

All customers are charged at the times of purchase. All payments are in USD.

 

Processing and Shipping Policy

 

Standard Shipping Times: Please allow up to 10 - 14 business days. The standard shipping times are estimates calculated from the day an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time. Deliveries might take longer because of incorrect shipping addresses, bad weather, or any other unavoidable circumstances. 

 

The order processing time might take 1-3 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your order to the post office. 

 

Unfortunately due to some restrictions, delivery outside of the U.S. is not available at this time. 

 

We are not responsible for costs associated with errors due to an inaccurate shipping address provided in the order. 

 

Order Cancellation

We accept 12 hours notice to cancel any orders or update any changes such as quantity, color, size or shipping address information. Just feel free to contact us at info@hccinc.org. Please note that any order receive after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted. We will do our best to honor your request after the 12 hour period but it is not guaranteed.
